NEVER GIVE UP

Greetings to all my dear Mothers and beloved Sisters,

I’m happy to share that I’m doing well by the grace of God, and I hope the same for all of you as mothers. I’ve been meditating on some important aspects of our lives that is “How to Pray without Giving up” till we receive an answer from our Lord. When we decide to pray each morning, reading God’s word, or being kinder to our families. We genuinely desire to make positive changes and draw closer to the Lord.

I once read a saying like this in a book, “When you wake up in the morning, the first person you should greet is our Maker—God.” Too often, we find ourselves reaching for our phones instead. Starting our day on our knees in prayer, sets a solid foundation for everything that follows. As mothers, one of the most important decision that we can make each day is to pray for our children. We must never lose heart in our prayers. When we pray, we provide our children with spiritual immunity, and we should continue to pray until they grow closer to the Lord.

I heard a story about two frogs that accidentally fell into a pot of curd. Unable to escape, they both struggled to find a way out. One frog eventually grew tired and succumbed. The other, however, refused to give up. It kept kicking and beating against the curd, which ultimately led to the formation of butter on the surface. The determined frog used the butter to climb out of the pot, illustrating the power of perseverance.

Pray always and Never give up:

In Luke 18:1, Jesus tells His disciples to "Pray always and Never give up." This persistence in prayer is vital, and it reminds us of the strength we can find in our unwavering faith.

Prayer has the power to change circumstances and perform wonders in our lives. When we pray with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we can find calmness amid challenges like anger, fear, failure, and frustration. By prioritizing prayer and putting God first in our lives, we can create a transformative impact not only for ourselves but also for our children. It’s essential to teach them these lessons from an early age, as the Bible assures us, that such teachings will remain with them. But along the way today’s high paying sectors spill so much of money into the pockets of youngsters that they forget the lessons learnt during their upbringings. Money dictates their attitude.

Praying for our Children

As mothers, we must pray for our children to choose to draw closer to the Lord by spending quality time with godly friends and with our family. We can inspire them to cultivate a strong faith by nurturing our own relationship with our Saviour. Through our example and encouragement, we can guide our children to stay grounded in their faith, even in a world that often emphasizes material wealth.

This is a crucial stage for us, especially considering the direction this generation is headed. As mothers, we must place our immense faith in Jesus, asking Him to protect our children from the plans and schemes of the destroyer called satan in the form of advanced technology. We should never stop praying for our children, for “prayer does miracles.”

The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 16:3, “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed.” When we pray, we should find peace in our hearts, knowing that God provides us with calmness and serenity. He empowers us to accomplish our goals for His glory, as success is meaningless unless it is to serve and honour God.

To help our children grow closer to the Lord, we need to be a source of strong affection and support during their struggles. It’s important to pray with them, as prayer is the primary means to ask the Lord for guidance to avoid future regrets. Philippians 4:13 tells us, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Let’s hold this verse close and move forward in faith, dear mothers.

There’s nothing we can do to merit God’s mercy. Our condition does not change His position. He is still on the throne. Therefore an attitude of gratitude springs from an understanding that we are undeserving. We are where we are, who we are, what we are, by His grace and His mercy. He will save our children to come closer to Him if we humble ourselves and pray this prayer.

We must prioritize the well-being and happiness of our children. As mothers, it’s essential for us to be patient and learnt to be gentle and kind with our children of this generation. Then we can make our home a happy home, where they can find peace and joy.

My Home

I once heard about a mock interview with a UPSC student. When asked, “What’s the sweetest letter in the alphabet?” she replied, “R.” The interviewer asked why ‘R’, she said, my name starts with ‘R’ so I like my name. The next question was which is the most peaceful and happy place in India, geographically speaking. I thought the answer will be Kashmir or Kerala, but it is not so, she said, “my home is the peaceful and happy place in the world.” The interviewer smiled and asked why, she said, after all the problems I face outside when I come home, I am happy and peaceful.

Indeed, let’s strive to make our homes places of peace and happiness, where our children can find rest for their souls and bodies.

May God bless you all with good health and joy in the Lord.

My Journey - A personal Story

Greetings to you all in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ dear mother, friends and anyone reading today. I pray and hope you all are happy and healthy by God’s grace. I had a recent heath challenge that I went through   over the last 10 months, I thought I will share with you all and trust it will encourage you. By God’s grace I am back to being able to do all my routine tasks, like taking care of my home, family, cooking, gardening etc., I felt it will be something good to share in order to bring awareness to many women. I read a beautiful quote “Enjoy the little things in life for one day you may look back and realize they were big things” They may be small pleasures but are truly precious. As mothers we overlook this simple joy and worry about what is to come. Life is filled with uncertainties. Enjoy the little things, for they will surely lighten the heart.” I’ve never expected that I’ll get cancer at any part of my life. Never had a family history. I’ve never had a fall

My Son and Me

My beloved son Vijay Peter Dhanraj went home to be with the Lord Jesus on 18th Sept, 2018. Its been 2 years..... So today with a heavy heart I am writing about my son Vijay and me. Indeed it was a real joy to have a son like Vijay. As he was growing up, it was like having Jesus in our home. Never once I remember him saying no to anything we asked him to do. He was a very obedient son. Early in his life he took on the responsibilities of the family.  I remember one time when he was about 4 years old, I had to stay awake taking care of one of my other sons who was a baby, at that time,Vijay was sitting up coughing, I got up to bring water,Vijay told me, mummy you sit with the baby I'll go get it myself.  He is very thoughtful of other’s need. He was hardworking, sincere, faithful & honest. He was a such a blessing wherever God took him. He never asked anything for himself even things like food, clothes, toys etc., he never got what he liked, when he was growing up, he gave up ma

Always Pray and Never lose heart

Greetings to all my dear Mothers and Sisters and all who are reading this today! Hope you all are doing well by God’s grace and mercy, may we remind ourselves that it is indeed God's mercy that we are most privileged people to have life and good health. Let’s not take it for granted dear mothers. I consider each day as a gift from God for me.   I was thinking of the importance of praying through hard times and finding strength in God’s presence. This book was gifted to me by one of my best friend; I felt that it came at the right time, as I read I was blessed and it was very helpful in my present situation hence I thought it will bless you all, so I am sharing a few thoughts on that. “Comfort and prosperity have never enriched the people as much as adversity has.” says Billy Graham. Yes, we lean on God more when we go through adversity than in good times. He allows certain sufferings to certain  people whom he loves, because he wants them to trust Him and come closer to him. It
