God's promises - My stronghold through life's storms

Greetings dear mothers once again!

As we are in this new year, let's be thankful to our Father who has kept us from all the dangers which the whole world is going through at present. That's only his mere Mercy. Every day I thank God for his Mercy which is new upon me & my family.

Now let's meditate on His love and His promises that we can claim because we belong to Christ Jesus our Lord.

I've read in an article there are 8810 promises recorded in the Bible, and about  7487 of them are for mankind.  On an average we can claim almost 20 promises everyday, isn't that awesome! Aren't we so rich dear mothers! The cheque book  is already signed by our father. As much as you want you can claim by faith.

There's one condition we can only claim as much as we know Him, we cannot experience His true love unless we make a conscious effort to sit in His presence & get to know this God of the Bible.

We only get to claim as much as we know Him intimately. The Bible says it's his desire that he wants to lavish his love upon us, again he says we are his treasured possession, if we want to experience this kind of love, we have to seek him with all our heart and soul.

Many promises in the Bible encouraged me during various difficult times

A few of them I'll share with you all for your encouragement.

Isaiah 41:10 has helped  me so much when I was grieving ,"Do not fear for I am with you, do not be dismayed. I will strengthen you, and help you. I will uphold you with my right hand.

Another promise which helped me most is in Isaiah 43:2, "When you pass through the waters I will be with you and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you, when you walk through the fire you will not be burned the flames will not set you ablaze".

The Bible says, we will pass through all these troubles, but the promise is we will not be touched by any of it, God will help us to come through it victoriously.

One of my favourite verse in the Bible is John 3:16, All of us know it by heart I read it like this, "For God so loved me that he gave his one and only son that I may believe in Him, I shall not perish but have eternal life". Every promise in the Bible, we can make it our own, because we belong to him He is your father, lets make it personal. Though He is the Creator of the universe, yet he thinks of you and me and cares for us, we are much privileged and honoured in His sight. That's the reason he tells us "Therefore  I tell you whatever you ask in prayer, BELIEVE that you have received it and it will be yours. I have experienced it numerous times. Yes my father has answered me whenever I asked him in faith small or big. He is a prayer answering God, my Father and my Saviour.

We need to persevere in His love and His ways in our life. It's not as easy as we think, Mr Walter Elliot quotes by saying "Perseverance is not a long race, it's many short races one after another" we need to endure, without giving up. It always seems impossible until it's done. I heard an 8 year old boy participate in a speech contest, he said in order to win we have to begin, isn't that true I thought to myself. Yes, we have to begin to love our God with all our heart and soul.

So God is calling you and me today. His desire is for us to walk in His ways and trust His promises, and He will set his angels to guard our path in the coming days, you have been endued ( gifted) with power from on high for whatever is ahead of you.

So in conclusion as I said earlier there are promises in God's word for anything at any time. All we should do is to claim it with faith. It worked for me , it'll work for you all too. Lets pray God's name be glorified through us as mothers when we seek him with all our heart.

Once again my love and prayers for you all with a sincere heart.

My Journey - A personal Story

Greetings to you all in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ dear mother, friends and anyone reading today. I pray and hope you all are happy and healthy by God’s grace. I had a recent heath challenge that I went through   over the last 10 months, I thought I will share with you all and trust it will encourage you. By God’s grace I am back to being able to do all my routine tasks, like taking care of my home, family, cooking, gardening etc., I felt it will be something good to share in order to bring awareness to many women. I read a beautiful quote “Enjoy the little things in life for one day you may look back and realize they were big things” They may be small pleasures but are truly precious. As mothers we overlook this simple joy and worry about what is to come. Life is filled with uncertainties. Enjoy the little things, for they will surely lighten the heart.” I’ve never expected that I’ll get cancer at any part of my life. Never had a family history. I’ve never had a fall

Be Still

Greetings to all dear mothers and sisters, I'm writing to you today with a heart full of warmth. I want to share a recent experience: after undergoing cataract surgery, I could write this message without my glasses. The surgery was swift and impressive, a testament to human ingenuity and the wonders of modern medicine. It made me reflect on the wisdom granted to doctors and the gratitude we should feel for God's blessings. I even found myself praying for the doctor's well-being and soul, as I believe we should pray for those who haven't found Christ. Now, let's dive into the main message I want to share during these dynamic times: "Be still and know that I am God." Our world is fast-paced, and patience is a virtue we often lack. Impatience surrounds us, from expecting immediate results to instant food and even instant sickness. This hurried mentality affects young people who rush into jobs, marriages, and more without waiting for the Lord's timing. But

A Mother's Journey of Faith, Love, and Wisdom in Raising Godly Children

Dear Mothers and Sisters, Greetings in the precious name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to all my dear Mothers and sisters. By the grace of God and by your prayers, I’m doing well. My last scan gave a good report that I am fine. I am thankful to all of you for upholding me in your prayers. All the glory to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. We did remember our son's 5th year of his home going. 5 years passed, but His memories are still fresh and will never get erased from me as a mother. It is painful and hard, when I face some difficult situation, when I’m hurt, I remember him very much. I also have a question about why God took him away from me, but I know one day I will receive an answer from God. That is when I meet him in eternity face to face. One day, my son Vijay asked me “Mummy, why don’t you write a small note about how Daddy and you raised us like this,” I told him, Son, even if I write it’s not going to help, because the present generation is not suitable f
