Take it to the Lord in Prayer

Image
Dear Mothers, Sisters, Friends and dear child of most High God, Loving greetings to all in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It’s only our Loving God’s mercy that we are alive and healthy, so let’s all give the glory to Him. The Bible says in Lamentations 3:23 “His mercy is new every day.” . How encouraging it is to know that, His compassion towards us is fresh every morning, and each day is a gift, straight from His hand.  We can trust Him, so as I had mentioned in my previous blog, here is the continuation…Part 2 about my Cancer treatment and the support system that helped me through this season of my life.  Before I share I would like to share some tips for mothers, from my own  life experiences and a few points from the book I read titled  ‘Good Parenting.’ Mothers have great love for their children, that’s natural; the closest comparison of God’s love is a mother’s love. It’s supreme love. It says in Isaiah 49:15-17. The last verse sa...

My Journey - A personal Story

Image
Greetings to you all in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ dear mother, friends and anyone reading today. I pray and hope you all are happy and healthy by God’s grace. I had a recent heath challenge that I went through   over the last 10 months, I thought I will share with you all and trust it will encourage you. By God’s grace I am back to being able to do all my routine tasks, like taking care of my home, family, cooking, gardening etc., I felt it will be something good to share in order to bring awareness to many women. I read a beautiful quote “Enjoy the little things in life for one day you may look back and realize they were big things” They may be small pleasures but are truly precious. As mothers we overlook this simple joy and worry about what is to come. Life is filled with uncertainties. Enjoy the little things, for they will surely lighten the heart.” I’ve never expected that I’ll get cancer at any part of my life. Never had a family history. I’ve never had a f...

His thoughts towards you are more than the sand on the seashore

Greetings to all my dear friends, fellow mothers and Sisters and anyone of you taking time to read this.   My hearty New Year greetings to all,   May this year be a glorious year. Let’s be thankful and grateful to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ for giving us life and health. Let’s take a movement of gratitude to discover the blessings that God has bestowed upon our lives in the past year.   Before I start my article about ‘our availability to God’ in this New Year, I would like to share the promises God gave me.  The first promise is from Haggai chapter 2:19 : ‘from this day (this year) I will bless you . Yes indeed dear mothers, this year is going to be a blessed year to all of us. The second promise is from Psalms 139:17, 18 : Of Love my Father gave me was His thoughts about me is more than the sand on the sea shore. When I wake up in the morning He is still thinking of me.    That’s awesome isn’t!  The God who created the whole universe ...

Always Pray and Never lose heart

Image
Greetings to all my dear Mothers and Sisters and all who are reading this today! Hope you all are doing well by God’s grace and mercy, may we remind ourselves that it is indeed God's mercy that we are most privileged people to have life and good health. Let’s not take it for granted dear mothers. I consider each day as a gift from God for me.   I was thinking of the importance of praying through hard times and finding strength in God’s presence. This book was gifted to me by one of my best friend; I felt that it came at the right time, as I read I was blessed and it was very helpful in my present situation hence I thought it will bless you all, so I am sharing a few thoughts on that. “Comfort and prosperity have never enriched the people as much as adversity has.” says Billy Graham. Yes, we lean on God more when we go through adversity than in good times. He allows certain sufferings to certain  people whom he loves, because he wants them to trust Him and com...

He will carry you through

Greetings to all my dear mothers and sisters,  Hope all of you are safe in God’s grace.  Thanking our Heavenly Father every day for His mercy which is new every morning. We are alive today it is because of His generous mercy alone, let’s not take it for granted. Many good people, righteous people, god fearing people who were there until yesterday, are not with us today. Let’s not think that we are better than them, not at all, dear mothers, it is only God’s pure mercy. Let’s be thankful and grateful to God for the life, He has graciously given to us and to our family members, let us live for Him alone. Bible says our life is in God’s hands. Psalms 66 verse 9 says “He has preserved our lives and kept our feet from slipping.”  The situation we see today can change in the twinkle of an eye, and God’s mercy which we take it for granted can disappear in a second if we are proud. In simple words we should learn to live our life faithful to God, it’s a miracle f...

Trust in God alone our Heavenly Father

Image
Greetings to you all my dear mothers and my beloved sisters & anyone reading this post! I thought of writing to you all about God’s faithfulness in our life and how to trust Him and also how to have faith in God alone, rather than any man on this earth. Recently I was thinking about my son (Vijay) who went to be with the Lord 3 years ago. This month he turns 40. He told me once “Mummy when I turn 40 I’ll come back to India and want to stay with you all. That was the confidence I had with my son but then God’s plan was different. The Bible says in Psalms 118:8 (KJV) says “It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man.” Yes dear mothers it is always good to put our trust in the Lord. It is always better to rely on God as our ultimate source of help in everything we do, despite man’s best intentions. Man is limited in wisdom, love, power and ability. Of course, helping others and receiving help from others is good. We all need each other. We must never look ...

Loving greetings and Belated Happy Mother's Day to all my dear mothers and my dear sisters who gives time for this simple note which I write: Recently I received a gift from my daughter who is in UK London, the parcel came neatly packed, when I opened the outer layer it read like this "Handle with love" I was really thrilled at what could be inside, then at the bottom it read like this "Living plants inside” it took some time for me to come to reality dear mothers. Anyway I thanked my daughter for sending this lovely gift because she knows that I love plants. We need to handle the plant with love, so how much more that we need to give a thought to our children when we handle them, that spoke volumes to me. We need to show them love whatever it costs us. When we start to show them our love then they will start trusting you, in return they’ll be able to connect with us Let's give a thought about ‘Mother's Day’ which we all enjoyed recently… because our chil...
